Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Browning Safes, we stand behind the security and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the specialized nature of high-security safes, items must be in original, unused condition and include all factory packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the safe back in its original heavy-duty crate or packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included.
- 3.Freight Collection
Schedule a pickup with our certified freight partners, as specialized equipment is required to safely transport these heavy security units.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the safe's locking mechanism and exterior finish are intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
